Interesting stuff I’m finding out as I dig into the peercast world.  I haven’t followed the Internet radio debate, but wondered a few weeks ago why it was that my favorite Seattle radio station (KMTT) was no longer broadcasting over the net.  Jamie Zawinski explains.  Whoa.  I wonder how this legislation and billing mechanism apply to foreign broadcasters.  A lot of Canadian webcasters, for instance, still seem to be broadcasting, and Radio Free Virgin is definitely out there as well.Â.
