Arabs urged to seek nuclear arsenal. WASHINGTON — The Arab world should follow North Korea’s example and arm itself with nuclear weapons to prevent further humiliation at U.S. hands, a leading Iraqi newspaper owned by Saddam Hussein’s son said yesterday.
Predictable, but terrifying nonetheless. George Bush’s sabre rattling has obviously been effective. Nobody knows whether he is bluffing, or not, least of all Saddam Hussein. Now that the rat is backed into a corner, he’s trying to play the arab unity card.
