Konfabulator for Windows has just been released. It reminds me of Serence’s Klipfolio.  A lot of hoopla, and I have to confess that I don’t quite understand the appeal.  Both remind me of the Windows 98 era Active Desktop, which I thought was a great idea at the time.  But like Active Desktop, the theory of the tool seems somehow much more compelling than the actual usage.
