Parla.it is offering in a free beta version and with 1 hour of free calls to mobile phones and landlines phones, ParlaCom is available on the website www.parlacom.it, it’s a new software quite similar to Skypeв„ў, but with lower rates, for example to call in Italy from your computer to a landline phone we spend 0,018 euros tax included and 0,18 euros to a mobile phone, Skypeв„ў rates now are 0,020 euros to landline phone and 0,25 euros to mobile phone.
ParlaCom also offer the way to make VideoCalls, at the condition that you have a WebCam installed.
The calls from computer to computer are totally free, it is possible to buy credit ParlaCom Out to make normal calls to all kind of phones.
The firsts that download this software gets 1 hour of free calls, in fact just 1.000.000 minutes are free in total.
