Ward Mundy, the man behind Nerd Vittles, a site that contains some of the best tutorials, insights, and innovations on TrixBox is coming out with a new product, PBX-in-a-Flash. PBX-in-a-Flash is a self-contained PBX on a flash drive that includes the best of TrixBox, and Asterisk, and freePBX, and Apache, and MySQL, and phpMyAdmin, and, all of the innovative additions from Nerd Vittles.
All you’ll do is plug it into your favorite Windows machine and watch it whir away installing everything with just one mouse click. After the install, all the user has to do is open the software, plug-in your analog phone, IP Phone, ATA, or softphone and you have your own robust, feature rich PBX system.
Nerd Vittles is planning on launching a Linux version at a later date, and is even giving away the first six PBX-in-a-Flash units to memebers of the Nerd Vittles community.
