VoIP, Inc. to Provide Network Services for Leading Telecommunications Company

The details are scant so far, but the news is that VoIP, Inc. announced on Friday that they have filed Form 8-K with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) as they have secured a contract to provide network services for a leading telecommunications company. Further details of the agreement have not been made public yet.

VoIP, Inc. is a provider of turnkey VoIP solutions for service providers, resellers and consumers worldwide and they are based in Florida.  Their customers include ISPs, cable operators and VoIP service providers.
