Looking For a Small Business Phone System That Has Everything?

logo.gifOne of the hottest sectors in the VoIP hardware marketplace over the last year has been the small business IP PBX appliance sector. Manufacturer’s continue to surprise me with the robust features and functionality that they pack into these lil’ appliances all the while offering them at very low prices. One such manufacturer that has appeared on the scene in the past few month’s is Tiger Netcom. Not familiar with the name? I didn’t think so.

Tiger Netcom is a manufacturer of competitively priced Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) equipment. Founded in 2004 with a vision of providing VoIP products that would become an affordable commodity, Tiger NetCom has evolved into a leading OEM supplier of VoIP devices and wireless LAN equipment for home and small business users. In addition to the PX020P All-in-One PBX, Tiger Netcom also IP Phones, IP gateway adapters, and Softswitches. Tiger NetCom also provides a broad range of services including advanced OEM customization and stable technical support.

About the PX020P All-in-One PBX

PX020PA lot of devices claim to be all-in-one, but few are. The PX020P is an exception. The PX020P is an ADSL Modem, a Wifi Router, and of course, an IP PBX. As an IP PBX, it is capable of supporting up to 100 extensions and 20 SIP accounts. PX020P has built in voice mail and full featured call features. As a Wif-router, it can support 802.11 b/g with 40 bits and 104 bits WEP. As an ADSL modem, it can handle a variety of standard and up to 8 PVC. All of this for only $259.99!

PX020P Overall Impressions

This all-in-one appliance rocks. Get over the fact that you may have never heard of Tiger Netcom and that they are an OEM. If you are a reseller, integrator, or service provider servicing SMB customers then you need to take a serious look at this device. Why buy four or five devices, when you can buy one for 75% of the cost!? Never mind the cost, how about the ease of management? This appliance can even be used in your home office. So if you are in the market for a small business IP PBX system, and like the idea of an all-in-one appliance, take a hard look at the Tiger Netcom PX020P.

Disclosure: Tiger Netcom is a Smith On VoIP sponsor.
