When taking a look at analog telephone adaptors one of my biggest pet peeves is the FXO port. This two port ata is designed specifically for users to take advantage of the FXO port, which performs intelligent routing. The FXO port can be used to make/receive calls to/from the PSTN from/to the phone attached to the FXS port, as well as bridge calls between VoIP and the PSTN. This gateway is ideal SOHO and small business users.
I am constantly being asked by service providers to talk about the different options that exist for customer premise equipment, especially OEM or co-brandable units. GW0227 Overall Impressions
This device has it all. With pricing for only 100 units at $49.99 it is definitely one of the lowest price devices on the market (I think they should raise the price!), but that should not deter you from purchasing these devices. As with all of Tiger Netcom’s devices, I was impressed by the overall quality, ease of use, configuration, and of course the feature sets.
