The number of Chinese broadband users has hit 122 million, becoming the number one position in the world, According to an news article on Shanghai News report.

So VoIP services like Skype will get much attention as well.
One-third of the new broadband users are farmers, where the demand for the service is high, China Telecom officials said.
One way the or the other, once the other 30% decides to convert to broadband, it will be a hard target to hit, unless India also become a developing Country and it’s farmers also decides to get broadband for themselves.
