Verizon’s Head Game

Source: www.voip-news.com

Oh Verizon. Where is your head?

That’s all I could think when I was reading this column on The Consumerist.

Apparently, setting up a Verizon account — after a sales person made a house call — was a headache and a half when the company said the potential new customer needed to cancel Vonage and Cablevision phone numbers before they would hook up the Verizon FiOS Digital Cable.

What? Seems a little nutty that the company would walk business like that. Click the link above and read. Then shake your head too.
