FreedomVOICE Systems says that they are different than the average VoIP provider. The maker of FreedomIQ VoIP Hosted PBX service claims that they have superior sound quality because they connect in a more direct way to the internet than most VoIP providers.
“Many businesses are attracted to the savings and the capabilities offered by Hosted VoIP PBX services, such as connecting multiple remote offices on one PBX,” said Eric Thomas, founder and CEO of FreedomVOICE. “However, they are leery of quality issues.”
FreedomVOICE says that their approach reduces the static and lag time problems that other providers face.
Here are some of the perks, according to the company:
- Connects directly with the “Backbone of the Internet.” Fewer connections mean better communication.
- Offers true Internet telephones, which connect straight to the Internet. Many other VoIP services only use analog devices, which create an unnecessary and noisy step.
- Deals only with the top providers, so they can connect their clients through their own Internet service.
