I’ve been following the work of Nemertes Research of late and really like not only who they are covering, but what they’ve been saying in a few related areas to VoIP, Collaboration and Conferencing, so I when I saw their teaser about an upcoming webinar tied to their benchmark Unified Communications and Collaboration report, I had to sign up and hope my travel schedule or a client meeting doesn’t get in the way.
