Sigma Expands to Brazil

Source: www.voip-news.com

Sigma Systems has opened a new office in Sao Paulo, Brazil, offering their Advanced IP Service Fulfillment solutions to the Caribbean and Latin America markets.

“Our expertise in automating the fulfillment and delivery of communications and entertainment services is garnering the attention of next-generation operators across the region who are looking to expand their service offerings to meet the rising demand from businesses and residential customers,” said Alejandro Couce, head of the Caribbean and Latin America region for Sigma Systems. “While we have provided our fulfillment solutions in the region for years, this new office in Sao Paulo reaffirms our commitment to helping operators here keep pace with the industry’s fastest-growing market.”

According to Sigma:

Next-generation operators around the globe use Sigma’s Service Management Portfolio of fulfillment solutions to provision, deliver and manage integrated offerings, including cable TV and IPTV; residential and business VoIP; broadband; and prepaid and postpaid mobile services. Sigma’s service transformation expertise eliminates service silos by moving all services onto a single OSS platform, which increases profitability with faster times to revenue for new service rollouts and simpler creation of triple-play offerings for higher ARPU. Sigma’s solutions also cut operating costs by automating provisioning and activation, and by reducing order fallout rates.
